If you regularly follow our blog, you know that Markley is a big supporter of the local Boston tech community. From our support of the Boston CIO Leadership Association, to the SIM Boston’s annual golf outing to MassTLC’s Boston TechJam, we are active supporters of the innovation, inventiveness, and entrepreneurship found throughout our community, and we can’t wait for what the future has in store!
In just a couple weeks, Markley will be sponsoring the next Boston VMware User Group (VMUG) meeting on August 14th right down the street at the VMware offices at 2 Avenue de Lafayette, Boston, MA. The event, which goes from 1:00pm until 6:00pm, will feature a presentation from Chris Pray, a Staff System Engineer at VMware, a community member presentation, and a presentation from Markley on extending your VMware environment into the cloud.
During our presentation, the Markley solutions architecture team will share key insights we’ve learned in helping organizations strategically employ our mission-critical facilities, robust connectivity, and Markley Cloud Services (MCS) to engineer hybrid clouds that benefit and extend their own in-house VMware environments. So, it's a topic you certainly don’t want to miss. Plus, the event concludes with a happy hour and giveaways, such as our Red Sox sweepstakes!
As if that wasn’t enough fun jam-packed into the agenda, Markley will also be hosting VMUG members on a tour of the Markley data center at One Summer Street!
The event is only open to VMUG members. And as always, if you are unable to join us on August 14th, we always welcome our prospects, customers and their teams to tour Markley.
Looking forward to seeing everyone in a few weeks!
